Scar Revision Services: MCA, Microneedling, Collagen Induction
MCA, or Multi-Trepannic Collagen Actuation, is also known as dry needling, micro needling, and collagen induction. It is safe and minimally discomforting.
The treatment can be used to reduce acne scarring, surgical scarring, burns, and trauma scarring, and on all stretch marks: red, purple, white and deep ones. Some serums will improve the turnover and rejuvenation of Fibroblast cells.
Scar Revision – A procedure that aims to improve the appearance, texture, or function of a scar.
Collagen Induction (Microneedling) – A skin treatment that uses tiny needles to create controlled micro-injuries, stimulating the body’s natural healing process. This boosts collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture, firmness, and reducing scars, wrinkles, and stretch marks.
Dry Needling (Tattooing with Serum) – A technique where a tattoo machine is used with a serum instead of ink. The fine needles create micro-channels in the skin, helping the serum penetrate deeper, stimulating healing, and improving the skin’s appearance.
We use the revolutionary Nue Medical Grade Serum specially designed to address stretchmarks, acne scars and hyperpigmentation.
Some medical-grade monofilament needles are used for causing controlled trauma to scars. Ironically the procedure is used to break down scar tissue, initiating repair as a result of the healing process.
By regenerating and repairing itself, collagen and elastin rebuild and realign uneven skin boundaries while stimulating the melanogenesis.
