Cosmetic Tattooing: About permanent makeup
If you are looking for a subtle and long lasting “made-up” look, permanent makeup is the ideal solution for you. While there are very few risks associate with aesthetic micropigmentation, the process is made even safer by the ease of use of colorimetry, the fine grade medical needles I use, and the safety and hygiene rules that are essential to my work.
Once you are totally comfortable with the shape and design, I will numb the area with a topical anesthetic for a comfortable experience. The use of sterile pigments will then be gradually dispensed in the derma using a dermograph. Please note that color retention is different with each client. Exposure to sun, intense workouts or fast metabolism can cause permanent makeup to fade sooner.
Your initial treatment will require a follow up in 6 to 8 weeks to allow the healing process to be complete with a restorative post-tattoo cream.
Permanent makeup cannot be performed during pregnancy or breast-feeding, or on anyone suffering from viral, fungal and bacterial infections.
Cancer and chemotherapy patients should wait six months after their last chemo treatment to be pigmented.
A list of pre-procedures including other counter indications will be emailed to you previous to your initial appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SESSION
Every skin reacts differently and the restoration and healing process will take about a month.
At first the pigmented area will look quite pronounced. A protective crust of lymph and blood will most likely form. During the healing process you will experience some itching and peeling as the pigmented area heals.
It is important not to remove or scratch the scabs!
Once the outer healing process completes, part of the initial color will resurface. This happens before your follow-up appointment.
Aftercare instructions will be given to you after your first appointment.
Types of Cosmetic Micropigmentation
Eyebrows
I like to simulate nature in my work. Subtlety is my philosophy!
Permanent eyebrows must reveal your natural beauty or hide imperfections.
Whether your brows are sparse, poorly shaped, or missing hair, I enhance or correct asymmetries using ultra-fine nano needles which can mimic the diameter and dimension of a real hair.
Nano Brows are a hair-by-hair fine stroke. Eyebrow hairs are visibly drawn one by one using a combed hair stroke technique. The result is soft, natural, and more realistic as the hairs follow the natural direction of growth of the real eyebrow hairs.
Microshading creates a fine nano-hair strokes look with a powdered effect that resembles eyebrow powder.
Please wash your hair prior to the procedure, you will be asked to keep the treated area dry.

Eyeliner
Your eyes are the focal point of your face. Cosmetic eyeliner tattoo will help you highlight them with a beautifully applied outcome. Permanent eyeliner will provide you a smudge-proof, swim-proof, shower-proof, gym-proof, and a knock them dead wake-up look, that will make your life easier.

The hypoallergenic pigments are perfect for sensitive eyes or contact lens wearers. Your eyes will be closed for most of the procedure and lids gently held taut to reduce blinking and movement.

Eyeliner: A little more defined line extended to the crest of the lash-line.
Thick liquid-look-liner: For a cat’s eye resembling a thicker liquid eyeliner. The amped up solution for drama, boldness, and style.
Whipshaded eyeliner: Smokey eyes with option of thick and winged or Latino flicks.

Lip tattooing
If you are looking for beautifully shaped and tinted semi-permanent lips without the effort, professional inking can help to add definition, create symmetry, and enhance the color of your lips.
Melanin-rich skin, injuries, skin disorders, or hyperpigmentation can cause darker lips or discoloration where some spots need to be camouflaged.
For those seeking brighter or more even-toned lips, I offer this additional treatment before an enhancing color is implanted.
Note: People suffering from cold sores should embark in a course of anti-viral medication 3-4 days prior to the treatment and another 3 days after.
Lip liner: Ideal for people who want to look polished and rejuvenated with fuller and more defined look.
A natural way to enhance the shape, size, and color of your lips.
Blush: The result will be a beautiful finish of shading and blending with a soft natural look. This infusing way of blushing a beautiful color of your choice will leave you with a gloss and go look.
Contour/Cupid Bow: With time lip color become paler. This simple procedure will replace lost or faded pigments to the outer edge of the lip to correct the shape and give a clearer contour. You can choose a natural color for definition only or a more vibrant shade for more spunk.
